Yakov Strelchin has been a professional event photographer in Chicago’s northern and northwestern suburbs since 1994. He specializes in wedding photography, bar/bat mitzvah photography, and children and family portraits. He opened his conveniently located Northbrook studio in 2006.
Clients are surprised and delighted to discover that he’s been a successful amateur basketball player, boxer, and soccer player, with photos to prove it. His professional memberships include the prestigious Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Chicagoland Professional Photographers Association (CPPA), and Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI).
